With PRESSHOP, the Press have got the power to broadcast tasks whenever they need our army of registered users to capture local news and incidents.
Once alerted, our users within a 5 mile radius, can accept the task, snap photos, shoot videos, or conduct interviews – all for a pre-determined price. They then simply upload & sell their content directly to the Press and earn money.

The Press broadcast tasks asking you to click a picture, record a video or take an interview on behalf of them. Accept the task, use your mobile phone to click or record content, upload it and once approved, you are instantly paid the agreed funds. Simple!

Market-place for buying content

Every single content recorded on PRESSHOP, has the date, time and location pre-stamped to ensure authenticity. Additionally, all content is strictly vetted by our quality control teams to eradicate any unwanted content, and to ensure that the content is 100% genuine.
External & Internal Chats
Publications can instantly chat with our registered users on our platform and discuss the content and/or tasks, before taking the decision to pay.
They can also chat internally with other registered executives from the publication, and discuss the content over the platform.
Online payment through STRIPE
For all content that our registered publications buy on PRESSHOP, they can pay our users directly and safely through the platform. Payments can be made by debit /credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and Google Pay, using the Stripe payment gateway.
Once the payment is received, the PRESSHOP watermark on the content is automatically removed, allowing the publication to use the content exclusively or on a shared basis.
Rate & Review
The publications can rate & review our users publicly for their content and service.
This transparency ensures that the PRESSHOP community is kept sanitised from all non-performing users. Equally, the users can also rate & review the publications publicly.
Broadcast tasks
Registered publications can now broadcast tasks to our registered users, and ask them to click pics, record videos or conduct interviews for them at the desired location.
Through PRESSHOP, the Press get seamless and instant access to thousands of users in every corner of the UK, and soon the World.
View live reports
On our platform, registered publications can access live, periodical reports that help them take more informed decisions.
They can view detailed and up-to-date reports on content purchased, and also view LIVE tasks broadcasted to the Hoppers. Publications can seamlessly keep track of funds invested by them, pending payments to be made, manage invoices, and VAT details.

When will the App be launched?
We aim to launch PRESSHOP in London in mid 2024. We have had a tremendous response from thousands of people who love the idea and want to be a part of it. All the more reason that we develop and bring out a product that we are proud of.

What happens if I do not get the agreed price from the publication?
The publications can only download and use the content after they have paid upfront.
Once we have the funds, the registered Users are immediately notified and the payment (less our 20% fee) , is made within 7 working days.
What commission does PRESSHOP take?
We take a flat 20% commission of all earnings that the users make on our platform from selling their content to and accepting tasks from the publications . All PROs and the first 1000 Founder Users, pay 15% only.
We do not charge any fee or commission from our registered publications.
Are you only launching in London, or other parts of the UK as well?
We will first soft launch PRESSHOP in London, and then depending on the volume and business that we generate, we will slowly but steadily make PRESSHOP available in other cities and towns in the UK.
We have received great feedback from various people we have spoken to, and are hopeful to take PRESSHOP to other parts of the World including USA, Europe, and India.
I am a professional photographer, can I also use PRESSHOP for selling content to the press?
Absolutely! We encourage professional photographers, free-lance journalists, and other professional camera & crew, to become a part of this exciting journey and contribute to the PRESSHOP community.
We have been in active discussions with a few associations in London, and everyone has been extremely welcoming and have loved our tech platform and App
Is my identity genuinely protected?
Yes, 100%! As a registered user, your identity will ALWAYS remain safe, and protected. All content posted by our users remains completely anonymous, and discreet.
We do not allow real user names or real personal photos to be used on the app. Every user has to choose from computer generated names and avatars, to safeguard their identity at all times.
How can I increase my earnings on PRESSHOP?
You can easily make more money by (a) staying alert to notifications (b) responding quickly to tasks, and reaching well in time (c) quick response with the publications; will greatly help as time is money for our publications, and the sooner you respond, the better (iv) work on your ratings and reviews as that greatly helps, and (v) by investing in a good smartphone and accessories, that will enable you to take better quality pics and videos.
